ITEGRITI Presents “OT Resilience in Action” at the Convergint Utilities Unite

ITEGRITI presented OT Resilience in Action: A Framework for Utilities during the Convergint Utilities Unite conference. The session was led by Bill Lawrence, former NERC Chief Security Officer, and Mario Chiock, former Schlumberger Global CISO, and focused on how utilities can move from fragmented controls to a more complete and defensible OT cybersecurity and resilience program.

 

The presentation introduced ITEGRITI’s OT Resilience Framework (OTRF), which helps utilities visualize readiness across both Left of Boom activities such as governance, asset visibility, segmentation, identity, and monitoring, and Right of Boom capabilities including detection, response, and recovery. Mapped to the NIST CSF 2.0 functions Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover, the framework provides a practical way for leaders to assess program completeness, prioritize investments, and strengthen operational confidence across critical systems that support safe and reliable service.
